Marcedes M. Fuller is an executive leader, strategist, and creative serving as the Interim Managing Director of Bishop Arts Theatre Center. In this role, he functions as the organization’s chief operating officer and partners closely with the Executive Artistic Director and Founder to drive strategic alignment, operational excellence, and organizational performance. He leads day-to-day operations, overseeing staff, systems, and internal infrastructure while ensuring cohesion between artistic vision, financial sustainability, and community impact.

A creative and artist at heart, Marcedes is energized to return to arts administration, where his passion for storytelling, culture, and community engagement intersects with his operational expertise. With a background spanning nonprofit leadership, corporate strategy, and people operations (human resources), he brings a results-driven and people-centered approach to leadership. His experience includes guiding organizational transformation, strengthening workplace culture, and implementing systems that drive efficiency and excellence. He has served in senior leadership roles supporting executive teams as a trusted advisor and operational architect.

His expertise in media and communications further distinguishes his leadership, with a strong ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives that inspire action. Marcedes holds a Bachelor of Science with a dual focus in Communication and Business from the University of Houston-Downtown and is currently completing a Master of Business Administration at the Wiley University.
