BATC’s Arts Business Incubator Center is located on the 2nd floor and offers affordable rental office space to fledgling nonprofits and for-profit organizations. The center also provides a place for creative collaboration with other artists and arts orgs.  Short-term 12-24 month artist leases are offered and include utilities, internet, and 24-hour building access.

While our main goal is to provide local artists with affordable studio space to create and establish a foothold in the community, workshop and rehearsal space may also be provided for organizations that occupy our incubator area. In addition, pro-bono capacity-building workshops are also offered to help build infrastructure.

We firmly believe the future health of arts organizations is based on our ability and willingness to collaborate and share resources. The purpose of the arts business incubation center is to provide information, education, advocacy, and networking resources to the process of assisting early-stage companies to flourish within their community and beyond.
