Stories That Heal

Mending The Fabric of Community

Bishop Arts Theatre Center is excited to announce an exciting partnership with Stefanie Tovar and YENA to support community healing through storytelling. Join us in this powerful healing experience designed to eradicate the belief in racial human hierarchy through shared experiences. Inspired by Dr. Gail Christopher, this conversation-based methodology provides an opportunity for people of all racial and ethnic identities to honor our humanity by connecting with others, deepening relationships, and restoring wholeness. Our RX Racial Healing Circles and Stories that Heal™ series create meaningful spaces for individuals to explore their narratives, connect with others, and grow through shared experiences.

This program is made possible through the generosity of the Culture of Health and Leadership Institute for Racial Healing.
